- 30 Minutes of Free Logo / Imprint Graphic Artwork Support! Often the bottleneck in getting a product imprinted quickly & properly is having the right digital artwork available. Usually a high resolution vectorized .ai or .eps file is required for imprinting a promotional product—rather than figure out what this means, we’d be happy to help you as long as you have a high resolution jpeg image to start!
- Our Process leads to Perfection! Attention to detail is everything when imprinting a promotional product with your logo and name. Our experts will help you proofread and review your order before it is imprinted so that you’ll never see a typo or mistake on your promotional product. Sometimes we’ll suggest moving or resizing the imprint and other times we’ll suggest a different imprint methodology based on your logo design (depending on number of colors imprinted, intricacy, etc.) After all, it’s the details that count and we’ll work on your behalf to get it done right and on time!
- FREE or Discounted Promotional Product Samples. In general we are able to sell promotional product samples at 30% off the minimum order price plus the cost of shipping to you from our warehouse. In some cases, we can offer samples complimentary depending on the item and inventory available. We love giving samples out because we like for our customers to make informed decisions on their promotional product purchases and what better way than to see the product ahead of time. (Promotional products are items on our site whose minimum purchase quantity is >10 units).
- Extensive resources beyond what is online. Our online catalog only reflects a small portion of the products we offer. We are adding hand-picked new products every day to our online catalog to give you the highest quality, widest assortment of gifts and promotions to choose from. If you can’t find what you want online, please call us to enlist the free support of a personal shopper. We have access to tens of thousands of products from qualified suppliers that we’ve prescreened that are not featured online.
- Increasing the effectiveness of every marketing dollar you spend. We are running a high service, lean business too! We are extremely flexible and want to accommodate companies of every size…big or small. So, if it’s simply beyond your budget to meet the minimum quantity order listed on our site, give us a call! As a general rule of thumb, we can usually do half of the minimum quantity listed for a small additional fee. In other cases, if you’d love to use a product on our site but it’s simply out of your budget let us know and we can see if we can source something not in our online catalog at a lower price point. - Cutting out unnecessary costs. We know that the cost of shipping has gone up enough as it is so if we love to help you avoid Express shipping costs when we can! We always aim to source products from a warehouse nearest to your delivery point to minimize shipping costs. Most importantly, we refuse to make a profit on shipping—we always charge our actual cost so that your gifting dollars are spent on gifts, not transit! Also, if you have a corporate Fedex or UPS account, we’re happy to have the shipping billed to you directly under your own corporate rates.
- 100% On Time. In our 4 years of doing business we have never missed a deadline! We recognize that the majority of our products are used for a particular event. Whether it is a tradeshow giveaway, a corporate party favor, or a holiday gift, we make sure to know your ‘need in hand’ date and time so that everything arrives 100% reliably to its destination.
