| Our fulfillment centers are located in the states of California and Virginia. We are required by law to collect sales tax of 8.25% for orders that are shipped to destinations within the state of California, and sales tax of 5% for orders that are shipped to destinations within the state of Virginia. Orders shipped outside of California or Virginia are exempt from sales tax. |
Silver Lining, Inc. offers the following options for delivery within the US: Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day Air Select, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Early am. For Hawaii and Alaska customers, please select 2-Day or Next Day Air only. We also welcome international orders and ship to international addresses.
All of our shipping rates are competitive and reflect the carrier's charges to us. All of our packages are shipped using UPS, Federal Express, or USPS.
For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, Silver Lining, Inc. is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the shipment. |
We are confident that you will be delighted with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. In the case of a Silver Lining, Inc. error, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible. If you select a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
