A 100% women-owned business, Silver Lining, Inc. was founded in 2005 as a California Corporation. Silver Lining, Inc. was started by two long-time business associates and friends -- Andrea Chen Lin and Tracy Kim -- who share a passion for meaningful, personalized gift giving. Having been the purchaser and recipient of numerous corporate gifts, they appreciate the need for truly unique and tasteful gifts for clients, colleagues, business partners, and employees.

Andrea and Tracy draw on over 25+ combined years as successful entrepreneurs, business owners, marketing executives, and strategic advisors at companies such as General Mills, McKinsey & Company, Weight Watchers International, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, and Pareto Strategy. Andrea and Tracy both received their MBA degrees from Harvard Business School. Andrea completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania; Tracy graduated from Stanford University.
